Small groups keep classes personal and fun! The Center provides tutoring for Smartphones, tablets, laptops and more. Food, glorious food! Every month the Center hosts a luncheon or breakfast on site or at a local restaurant. Chair and mat yoga classes help to improve balance, ease stress and increase flexibility. The Kennebunk Beach Classic 5K had more than 400 participants this year. Many of those attending call it the best race in the area.

Welcome to the Siouxland Center for Active Generations! Our beginnings were small with a daily attendance of 50 older adults. Who knew that we would someday have over 250 seniors walk through our doors each day to participate in over 60 activities that are offered each week, and that our membership would total over 1,400.
